The House of Finance aims to be a leading European center for research and education in the field of finance.
Graduate education forms a cornerstone of the House of Finance. The Ph.D.-Programs of the Graduate School of Economics, Finance, and Management (GSEFM) prepare young researchers to become outstanding economists capable of taking leading positions in both academia and the financial industry.
The financial industry expects from the House of Finance scientifically-based MBA and Master Programs that promote the analytical capacity of students and their command of application-oriented quantitative methods. Our programs not only convey knowledge that goes beyond the disciplines covered, but also establish ethical norms. The House of Finance has the primary objective of providing academic programs of the highest quality at an international level. The programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration are accredited in the United States (AACSB).
Executive education in the House of Finance imparts the valuable knowledge acquired from recent research to managers of financial institutions and non-financial enterprises, and helps them advance in their careers. Students of our executive education programs can build upon their practical experiences by taking advantage of a state-of-the-art theoretical education.
